What is the name of this game?

The game has a name, but it's currently not being released yet.  It will probably be announced when the game is closer to being finished.

Will the game be single player or multiplayer?

The short answer is single player only.  However, this is subject to change.  Multiplayer capability for the game will be looked at, and if it's feasible for the developer to implement, it will be implemented.  However, currently the game is planned to be single player only -- with campaigns and a skirmish mode (i.e. versus AI mode).  Although this is the most likely scenario, due to the game still being in development, things are always subject to change.

When will the game be released?
